I've just made a video about Eating Disorder Prevention. This is made using a Mp3 which I'm currently promoting from Disc 3 in Eating Disorder Secrets. The intro of my video goes like this... Eating Disorders are extremely hard to cure for a variety of reasons, so the easier course of action is to try and prevent them. Knowledge is the most powerful weapon for firghting any battle, so it is beneficial to learn about all types of eating disorders. General awareness of eating disorders is the best first step toward prevention. The video goes on to talk about society pressures, what you should do if you recognise that someone is slipping towards an eating disorder eating disorder infliction as well as tips on how to prevent eating disorder from developing.
